About me

I’m working for the Human Resources outsourcing company. I am doing payroll and social security process on behalf of client companies. Non-Japanese client companies are not familiar with Japanese employment system. It may cause some troubles between employer and employee. We can also support them to fix the problem or prevent them.

I also would like to support people those who will be trying to work in Japan or who has already been in Japan but don’t understand well how Japanese employment system is. It is too difficult to understand Japanese employment and Social security system even if you were Japanese. I will explain about that in this BLOG as easy as possible.
